The information is collected specifically to facilitate communication between Oscar Motel and you as a prospective client, the establishment of guests' accounts, and, may be incorporated in a mailing list to receive promotional information about Oscar Motel. We may also use that information to contact you for any reason. 

The only time we will give this information to another person is if you fail to pay your account or if we are required to by law. 

Apart from limited exceptions, you have the right to access all personal information that we hold about you. If we are able to, we will give you that access, however, in some cases, we may charge you a fee for providing the information to you. If any information we have collected is incorrect we will correct it if you ask us to.
